PDI's latest lighting scheme and interior design for grade 2 star listed Connaught Rooms in London. Another successful design and implementation of a very difficult project.
The Tate Modern Extension 2016
High above the River Thames stands the new 10 story high Tate Modern extension; designed by Herzog & de Meuron, who are known for their previous projects including the Perez Museum in Miami and Parrish Art Museum in New York State.
The Tate’s new addition combines elements of the old and new. The interior design continues the industrial aesthetic of the original building, but the unique addition is the perforated brickwork which allows light to filter through the day and glow at night. Another benefit of the extension is that it uses 54 percent less energy than allowed by current building regulations. Don’t miss the viewing platform with 360 degree views of London, including St Pauls and Canary Wharf. A real monumental statement brought to Southbank that we were lucky enough to visit on opening night.

The Trading House, London
Another one of PDI's propping phenomena's, inspired by a gentleman who travels the world and collects artefacts and who deals with antiquities and the unusual, is The Trading House, London.
One of PDI's latest creative designs for Living Ventures, the team have created a modern gentleman's bar and restaurant with a sophisticated intelligence right in the centre on London's City.
The statement lighting features, initially sketched by hand, then transformed and re created in metal structures.

As always, these projects include PDI's propping team to travel the country to find the perfect interior props.
